If you prefer to telephone, the best times are Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. or from 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., when our call volume is typically lower. We deeply regret that some customers may experience difficulties in reaching us due to our high call volume.

Representatives from Customer Information Services are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. HRSD offices are closed on state holidays.
